Jody is great to work with. So helpful with the whole process, which was a process as I was moving my parents back to Ohio from Florida. The apartment is very nice, grounds are beautiful. Maintenance was prompt when we had a question. Overall great experience. Highly recommend!

Great move in experience

The property that I am leasing at the Fairway at Columbiana is beautiful!
Jody the Property Manager is amazing !! And such a pleasure to work with from meeting with my daughter on my behalf, while my daughter created a video of the beautiful apartment ……to Jody always answering and addressing so promptly!!! any questions that I had. Once I moved in, again any inquiries I had Jody immediately addressed.
This entire relocation from another state has been so smooth of a process !
If you are… looking for a nice and quiet living community !!! along with a property manager that will help your move transition smoothly

The Fairway is in proximity to many stores, nice restaurants and a beautiful hotel all at one’s fingertips.
