Best Decision Made

Quiet, friendly, well maintained with many features including kitchen appliances, attached garage with opener. Ideal floor plan and location.
Jody, property manager, took special attention to set up application and final agreement while we were out of state.
We rented site unseen and very happy with our decision.

Wonderful villas!

The first time I walked through the door I knew it was the best choice! Bright, fresh, and so very spacious. More storage room than I imagined possible. It’s like a resort! And Jody, the property manager, is extremely attentive and very helpful with every detail. She’s the best! Wonderful! I highly recommend Franklin Villas!

Love it here!

The villas are beautiful! Jody, the property manager, is absolutely wonderful...she is so responsive and pleasant. The grounds are maintained nicely. Anything you might need is within easy driving distance.

Absolutely beautiful

We will be moving into this beautiful villa in about 4 weeks. It is very high quality and amazing. Jody the leasing manager has been spectacular. She is a tremendous help with everything. I have had lots of questions and she gets back to me very promptly with the answers. We are very anxious to be moving into such a beautiful villa and one that is managed so efficiently by Jody.
