Lived there for 3 years. Great value for the rent price. Didn't really have any issues with management.

The management is a joke and to have zero interaction with them is not reassuring , they will come up with anything to make an excuse for the so called policies. They hold you accountable if your neighbor smokes and damages your apartment with smoke skum walls, so when you move out, you will be held accountable to pay the charges. The pool has never been open in time for Memorial Day weekend. It has typically taken until the end of June before it is officially open.

It's perfect for what we need. It's small since it's only a 1-bedroom, but the value is incredible. The maintenance is amazing and will fix any problems quickly. Also, this place has always felt safe. There is a nice neighborhood right around the corner and we are tucked away from high traffic. The location is also amazing. We were spoiled by the proximity of all the stores. If you're looking for a safe, high value, well-kept apartment complex, this is the one.

It's hard to even give this apartment complex 1 star. These are smoking apartments. They tell you they're not, but they are. I have nicotine tar sweating off the walls in my bathroom. The person below me chain smokes cigarettes all day every day, so you can anticipate every item of clothing you own to smell like smoke.

Popcorn ceilings are disgusting. During 3 storms, the ceiling in my bedroom leaked relentlessly and was never entirely fixed until they replaced the old maintenance guy with a... new one(~2 years later).

Don't expect to ever see Tina on this property, as she is very busy with other ones. She also doesn't reply to your concerns in any timely manner.

The lease automatically renews, so you better read over the lease with extreme meticulousness before you sign ANYTHING.

The floors squeak, walls are paper thin, you can hear everything from everyone. The person I live above harasses me anytime I even close a door. He's posted volatile threatening letters on my door, sent me messages, he even bangs on the ceiling and screams like a child at you anytime you make the slightest of noise. Management has done NOTHING to rectify this situation.

So, don't expect to be supported by clauses in the lease claiming that the landlord is obligated to provide you with safe and habitable living conditions.
