Not bad but old photos

No pool anymore!!
A playground that is very out of place and doesn't seem very safe for kids who like to run.
Townhomes are nice. The staff was kind & helpful, maintenance did a great job when we could get through.
Basements flood A LOT and not from rain.

Townhomes are roomy and affordably priced. Complex is in a good location close to stores and schools. The office staff was always great and maintenance generally responds quickly to request. The coorporate office however may as well not exist and has NEVER been helpful in any way. My basement did flood everytime it rained for my entire stay and the basement recently started to mold and that problem was not addressed. Overall my stay was pleasent, quiet and grounds were kept mostly clean. There… was parking issues in my court and the once beautifully kept grass was destroyed by neighbors parking on it. Once again great office staff and not a bad place to live.

Worst Apartment community ever

I have one of the 3 bed town homes across from Reynoldsburg high school. The rent was reasonable when I first moved in but has increased substantially since. The apartments are poorly maintained, and that's an understatement. Every time it rains for any length of time, water pools in front of my entryway, ankle-deep...often leading to flooding in the basement. My furnace literally caught fire over a week ago. Fortunately a breaker tripped and shut it down before any damage could occur… outside of the unit. I called emergency maintenance immediately and told them what happened. The guy came out and gave us portable heaters to use since the furnace can't be fixed. HVAC contractor came out and tried to fix instead of replacing the furnace yesterday, despite two other HVAC guys already looking at it and saying it needs replaced. Almost two weeks later and I still don't have heat. When I call corporate to complain, nobody answers the phone but the receptionist.

Woodview Plaza Properties

Woodview Plaza Apts. are pretty nice and decent. I've lived here for about six yrs. I stay in a 2 bed room townhouse with a basement. It is very spacious and has a washer/dryer hookup. It's located right across the street from Blacklick Park and Blacklick Golf Course and I love that the park is within walking distance. It's also located near 256 so I am super close to restaurants and shopping.
