Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the central downtown location and shared walls with the neighboring unit. White noise machines and fans are provided in every room for light sleepers. Occasional highway noise may be expected. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. No loud music is allowed at any time. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. No smoking, marijuana, firearms, or illegal substances are allowed on the property; smoking is allowed outside the home only. No additional unregistered guests are allowed. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $100.
