The third level features a spacious en-suite bedroom with a large bathroom. Enjoy exclusive use of the fenced backyard and two off-street parking spaces, one for each apartment.
Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign a Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions from guests with negative or low reviews, under 25 years old, and/or living closer than 100 miles from the home, to ensure community safety and security. Impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the reservation is canceled in a timely manner. Pet fees are required, with a one-time fee based on the length of stay: $35 for less than 5 nights, $50 for 5-30 nights, and $100 for 30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked.
