Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the central downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. For your safety, there are two exterior security cameras and two noise monitors that measure noise levels only. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. No loud music is allowed at any time. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately. For any undisclosed pet, a $500 charge will apply. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $300. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $500 violation charge.
This is a duplex home shared by Urbn Jungle and Jungalow. The original hardwood floors and staircases may not be suitable for children as it is not child-friendly. Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved for any reason. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. No smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances or any illegal activity are allowed on the property (smoking is allowed outside the home only). No additional (unregistered) guests are allowed over unless under the reservation guest count. Furniture is not to be rearranged.
