I only give it two stars because they clean up the property semi-regularly. Other than that, I have had roaches, mice, and rats and even though they say they are bringing pest control in, they do nothing and the roaches just keep coming back. They gave me an apartment with broken cabinets and drawers and won’t fix it, maintenance sucks and never does their job. The rental people never answer their phone or emails so I have a hard time getting in contact with them regardless. I once had to call… the cops for someone overdosing right outside my apartment and my boyfriend’s car was stolen within the 1st month. We can’t wait until our lease is up to get out of here. Don't be wowed by the initial professionalism. Rent is a smidgen high for a place that won't even paint the stairs. If you don't have roaches when you move in, they'll show up before you move regardless of how many times they may spray. hopefully you don't plan on having a lot of things either cause though the space looks big, it quickly shrinks once you get everything in

I’ve lived here for a couple of years now and they’re we’re so many issues. Last month the office people changed once again and I thought it was going to get worse but to my surprise things have gotten so much better. Now all I have to do is call in my maintenance request in one time and they fix it, if I call the office I always can get someone on the phone.

The management only cares about taking your money, they never keep their word about repairs (or rodent removal). They will let anyone stay in here (There has been a murder, drug sting, and prostitution sting on these properties... look it up). This place was quiet and decent initially but has declined drastically overnight. If you care about safety and a nice place to stay... Stay somewhere else!
