Complex of horrors

I’ve been living here for a year and will be moving out. I would not recommend moving into this apartment complex. They randomly create policies and expect residents to follow them instantly. My car was wrongfully towed I was not illegally parked. They have a partnership with the towing company to help them make money. DO NOT move here unless you want to have your car towed for no reason. Staff is rude and maintenance does not get handled properly.

Love it here

We have lived in the complex for 5 years and it has always been a great place to live. Very quiet and clean neighborhood. They take great care of their property and their tenants. Heather and Becca truly care about their residents!

Comparable to owning a home

I’ve been in Carnaby Village for 4 years now. The community is nice and quiet. The units are spacious. The 3 levels gives the feel of a home. Most my neighbors have stayed here for 6+ years. People generally stay here until they are ready to purchase an actual home.

Carnaby village was always clean and kept nice! They had a lot of events and kept a clean channel of communication for mantience, weather, etc! The office staff is also very friendly!

Nice townhome and great maintenance.

My townhome is nice and spacious. Good layout with nice updates. Maintenance is stellar and always comes promptly. Would recommend Carnaby Village to anyone looking for a place.
