Raccoon Creek Apartments

I have lived here for over 7 years and in all my 68 years of life, I've probably rented a dozen or more places.Raccoon Creek is by far the best. When I say Raccoon Creek, I'm not talking about just the apartment, but the people that work there also. They treat me like family. I've had some health issues and they worry about me and help me anytime I need it. They go above and beyond what they are obligated to do and go out of their way to make sure that I'm happy living here. I think it's safe... to say that I have no plans to live anywhere else. I've been here for about 4 months now and the staff has been nothing short of friendly and accommodating. On top of that the maintenance guys are rock stars! I've never ever had an apartment be so on top of fixing things. They even helped me move my couch into my apartment, along with helping me mount my tv. They really go above and beyond here which is really hard to find at any apartment because these days you never know what you are going to get. Also very dog friendly.

Racoon Creek has been the best apartment I ever had, My stay here has been Great and I'm sad I have to leave but I'm moving to Texas or I would have definitely renewed my lease, I recommend these apartments especially because they make you feel like family and maintenance is always on time.

I have really mixed feelings about this complex. Pros being the office staff, fair rent prices, and super fast maintenance. I don’t think I ever had to wait more than a few hours for maintenance to come after putting in a request. Cons being that the walls are so thin- I could literally hear my neighbors talking at a normal volume, walking, snoring, etc. I also had neighbors that smoked, so my entire apartment always smelled like cigarette smoke. If you’re a nonsmoker, just be aware that these... apartments allow smoking, and if your neighbors smoke, your apartment (and clothes and furniture) will also smell like smoke. I've been living here since December 2020, and have had nothing but a good experience. The area is quiet, and somewhat secluded despite being near a main road. Parking is great, and you can always find a spot right near your apartment. I also feel totally safe, even walking to do laundry at night alone. The staff in the leasing office, as well as the maintenance staff are amazing. During the week, maintenance will always show up within a couple hours of you calling them, even for non urgent... things. They even helped me hang up a curtain rod! After getting stuck out of state for almost a month, maintenance and the leasing office staff graciously took care of my pets the entire time, and kept all of them happy and alive, without requesting payment.
