I love it here

The staff and maintenance are so helpful! Ms. Deborah brilliantly guided me through the entire move in process from my tour up to my move in date. She gave me all the info I needed to have a successful move in.

Once I moved in, I had a leak under my sink which was promptly taken care of not even an hour after I submitted my request. The neighborhood and views are gorgeous! I love working from home and being able to look out at the pond. Everything is up to date and so beautiful.

Pool area

As much as rent is here, seriously need to update the pool area for the residents. The chairs are from the 90’s and overall it’s very unpleasant to be looking at unfinished landscaping the whole time.

SCAM! Poorly Managed! Misleading! Even during the current GLOBAL CRISIS - Find a better place to live. No one deserves this place. Stay Away

Would you like your car towed? Would you like to be forced to pay 2 months rent after being 9 days outside of the 60 day notice to leave period? Would you like to have the mgmt. office call (8 months after moving) to inform you that you have a $400+ balance that is going to collections, that very day? How about outrageous fees, terrible parking, stolen packages, and the threat of bedbugs? Does this sound like the place for you? Then quick! Sign up for Chantry Village Apartments! Where you are… sure to regret your stay!

DON'T MOVE HERE

Moved in a few months ago, nice quiet neighborhood, but the parking is so bad, it literally out weighs anything good about this complex, me and my wife have to park a block away every single night after work since we lived here, I can only imagine how winter will be, they give out parking passes that is supposed to be displayed in vehicle but they obviously don't enforce it at all, I have yet to see any tow company out here, spoke to rental lady about it, and was pretty much told it's nothing… they can do, really regret moving in
