I promise you, you want nothing to do with it.

If I could give a negative score there wouldn't even be one low enough. Poor management/owners, it's all close family owned from apartment to maintenance to mowing company. You can see the potential problems there... And I don't even have the energy to talk about it anymore. It's all a uphill battle. Don't do it, I made this review to save you all a massive headache. But up to you I'm out.

Best Staff Around!

We've lived here in a 2 bedroom for 3.5 years and are sad to be leaving. The unit is clean, paint job is neat, and appliances are in good shape. When we've had maintenance needs, the friendly staff has always responded to fix them within 24 hours (usually more like 1-2 hours). The layout of the 2 bedroom is spacious and the windows provide great lighting. The landlord is the best we've ever had; friendly, responsive, and always working to improve the grounds. This is a great place to live!
