Clear Stone Place

I've lived here at Cross Key almost 2 years now and have almost no complaints. The staff is helpful and friendly, maintenance is quick and the location is not half bad. Right on a major bus line, so very helpful there. No plans to move any time soon.

I have lived here for about 9 years and I'm very happy with the improvements. The last few companies that have owned these apartments didn't really do anything. The new company is really trying to get rid of the riff raff. They also took a lot of the apartments that was vacant and gutted and fixed them. They also have installed security cameras in all of the breeze ways as well. The trash around the garbage dumpsters have improved. I'm not seeing trash laying around it to which makes it hard to… throw your trash away. Read More

I'm a current resident, at first I was VERY dissatisfied with the management and the property overall. I've had a few issues, but since the management has changed I'm happy to see we have someone who cares about the property and is actually putting forth an effort to get things done. Anise is very helpful and she even calls to follow up to make sure that the work was completed and to my satisfaction

Went after work on Fri. after 5pm office very busy but they took the time for me. I didn't have the money order for the app fee and they were nice enough to stay over (past 6) while I went down the street to get the money order. Thanks ladies. ??
