You can smell when people are cooking. You can hear when they’re arguing. The walls are very very thin. I spoke to the regional manager. She told me that this is a property they renovated and it was a stress property and they put a lot of money into it but it still needs work.

I recently moved out, I was there for only a year but they were on top of everything, if something broke, they came and fixed it and of something went wrong they came and fixed it! They did have pest control come about once a month but it was worth it because I never seen anything. Maybe a spider here or there but that’s everywhere. I left because I moved to another state to be closer to family but if I were to come back, I would most definitely move there again, no questions asked!

This place is infested with roaches and mice. They will lie to you and show you a model and then when you move in, you will see roaches crawling. Most majority of these apartments have mice and roaches. Then they want you to pay 2400 to break the lease after they never told you that the place was infested, please do not move here
