Best property in Cbus!
Many times you have a great experience when you're sold a residence. Everyone is accommodating and helpful during the initial visit. But sometimes things shift when you move in, everything changes, and you see issues. Not so with Fairfax! The kindness, attention to detail, and over-the-top care for the community is something you will not find at any other property. I have lived in communities in many different quadrants of the city. Fairfax is handsdown the best! The way a property is managed... determines everything about the quality of your living experience. I have lived here almost 18 months and it keeps getting better and better. And that's just the team here...wait til you see the suites! Amazing!

Ohio State Matched & Moved to Fairfax!
I've lived in many different apartments while going through school. When I found out I matched at Ohio State Wexner, I started looking for places in Columbus. After touring at Fairfax, I knew it was the place I wanted to be. I renewed my lease early, and plan to be here the next couple years!

Above The Rest!
Fairfax Boutique is levels above any other community I’ve live at. From the amenities, the staff and the apartments, it’s really just at its finest! I can already tell that I am going to be living here for many years to come and I’m quite excited about that! Move Here! :)

Best Community in Columbus
I have lived here since the community opened, the Staff is wonderful and the residents have become like family, it’s small high end residence that allows you a private oasis close to short north down town and great spots in Grandview. The amenities are top notch. With a pool/hot tub grill smoker outdoor and inside tv and lots of goodies and snacks!
It will be a sad day when the time comes to leave the FairFax. (Hopefully it doesn’t happen soon) thank you especially to Paul and Brittnie for... creating this wonderful place to live.
