Great place!

Very friendly staff, easy to navigate the website, and arguably one of the few apartments in Columbus that is not only affordable but also incredibly nice! I live in a one bedroom and it feels like a two bedroom, as you will have plenty of space and feel it right at home!

New Management

I noticed a really nice change in the cleaning and maintenance of the building when the new management company took over. The new manager seems to be very nice and helpful. When it is time to renew my lease I hope the rates stay the same.

Needed the new management

They hired new people in June to run the place and also sold it to new owners and since then I've seen a lot of things get better. I'd recommend now but wouldn't have before. There used to be a lot of lack of concern for us and for the building.
