Jasmin is what this community needed. My sister lived in these places for a while now and the old company didn't care about her townhouse or how she was living. Let's just hope she never leaves.

There were roaches upon moving in and despite going up to the office multiple times over the last 6 months, nothing has been done. Shower handle has broken many times and it takes weeks for maintenance to come out.

I called the office for help with my AC unit and Cindy was the complete opposite. Always something breaking

I went on a tour and the first thing the showing agent said when I walked in was “it stinks in here” we walked to the kitchen and I saw mice droppings that I originally thought were bugs until the agent pointed out the dead rat. this is the most disgusting place I’ve ever toured. shows they don’t even take care of their model units. bad air quality as well here.
