Poor Inspection, Slow Response, and Billing Concerns
I recently moved into this apartment community and, unfortunately, my experience so far has been deeply disappointing. Upon move-in, I discovered that the shower in my unit was not functioning — a clear indication that a proper inspection was not conducted before my arrival. As a result, I have been unable to use the shower for two full days, which is unacceptable for any living situation.
I submitted a maintenance request on the second day of move in, expecting it to be treated with urgency... given the circumstances. However, despite being a new resident and the issue directly affecting basic living conditions, the matter was not addressed as an emergency.After waiting for several hours, I had to call after hours and the matter couldn’t be fixed since there was no plumber available and subsequently didn’t take a shower that day.
In addition to this, I noticed unexplained additional charges on my credit card related to parking, even though parking fees were already accounted for. I reached out to management to address this, but have yet to receive a response or resolution.
It has only been a short time since I moved in, but the lack of responsiveness and attention to detail has left me sincerely dissatisfied. The quality of service and follow-through does not align with the expectations set by the property’s branding. Based on my experience thus far, I cannot recommend this apartment community to prospective residents.
