Stay away.

Completely and totally unsafe community, more of a frat house feeling than a home. If you like your stuff broken into and stolen. Your sleep interrupted by constantly loud and obnoxious noise from people being drunk at all hours of the night then this place is for you!

Unsafe and management company doesn’t do their job or take responsibility

This place has become very unsafe since the new management and they don’t care if your stuff is stolen, their response is only “well we are new”. Homeless people were sleeping in the building last week, packages are stolen all the time and cars are constantly broken into. 0/10 recommend this place

The cortland meridian makes you feel immediately at home. It is a large community where there is always someone willing to help you. I love to stay here, the place is safe and it is in a good position.

Great Place But….

I am a current resident. I like this place. There are a few things to watch for

They tell you there are other charges for common are expenses. They don’t tell you how much this adds up. It’s more than I thought it would be. They need to just be up front and charge rents that cover the common areas. They can advertise lower rent if they do it this way.

The lighting on the streets makes it look like daytime all of the time from my apartment.

The windows are old and need replacing. They... are old, drafty, and there is condensation between the panes.

I like the amenities, the staff, and the location.
