Fenced in yard is the only perk

Pros:
- Fenced in yard for my dog
- Usually quiet
Cons:
- Electric bill costs $250+ in the winter to keep the unit at 66 degrees
- Super loud, old heat pumps/AC units everywhere including right outside my bedroom window
- Toured unit with updates and was given a unit with hideous carpet and 5 crucial repairs needed
- Parking lot is a junk yard for abandoned cars
- Massive potholes everywhere
- Every spring doesn’t mow the lawn until it’s 2 feet tall

We're sorry to hear that other aspects of your experience have not met your… expectations. Resident feedback is important to us, and we continuously work to address concerns throughout the community. Maintenance requests are taken seriously, and our team strives to complete repairs as quickly as possible. We also continue to monitor the property for vehicles that are not in compliance with community policies and regularly schedule landscaping and grounds maintenance based on weather conditions and seasonal growth.

We understand that utility costs can vary depending on weather conditions, personal thermostat settings, and energy usage. If you are experiencing concerns with your HVAC system, we encourage you to contact the leasing office so our maintenance team can inspect the equipment to ensure it is operating properly.

Parking issues with the first building.

The first building in the complex has limited parking, especially when your apartment is the furthest down the parking lot next to the dumpsters. Residents from the second building want closer parking to their apartments. So instead of utilizing the parking lot for their building, they will take up parking spaces for building one, causing residents who live further down the parking lot in building one to park all the way down by the entrance gate. This takes up time and is extremely inconvenient… when needing to leave early in the mornings or carrying heavy things back to the apartment. It's starting to get really frustrating.

Our parking is open and available on a… first-come, first-served basis, so residents may park in any available space throughout the community. We recognize that this can occasionally result in residents parking in areas outside of their immediate building.

Nice place to live

So far everything has been worth 5 stars. The office staff is nice and will listen to your needs/wants. It’s nice but still affordable and in a great location. Very excited to call this place home!

Perfect place to call home

The apartment is perfect, very spacious, and gets plenty of sunlight. The office staff is caring. The location is great, very excited to call it home.

Great place to live

The location is great - very close to my workplace (downtown Columbus). The management people are incredibly professional and nice. They were very patient with us and treated us with respect. The property is beautiful and has several options in terms of floorplans, and having a gated one is a plus.
Overall, a great place to live.
