Terrible management, broken/ not functioning elevators and doors and the electric bills are insanely high. Save your money, it’s anything but luxury.

We understand how frustrating the elevator issue can be. While we do... have a 24-hour maintenance contract in place, response times can vary. In the meantime, the other two elevators to the 5th floor and the stairs to the 6th are available for use. Please don’t hesitate to contact the office directly with any concerns—we’re here to help.
