Listens to any concerns!
The staff that The Stratton has had for the last 8 months has been the best staff this property has ever had. They listen to any concerns I have had and are quick with resolutions. With apartment living there are going to be issues that come up and let me just say they are on it! I know sometimes people can have a bad experience and be quick to write a negative review but what they do not consider is that the team really does listen to our concerns but there is a process to everything. The… location is perfect for me, it is close to downtown and basically in Hillard but still tucked away and peaceful. I've enjoyed the Stratton so much in the last year and can't wait to renew!
