From walking in and getting a tour from Amirah, to moving-in, we love this place. The units are sooo nice, with quartz counter tops and stainless steel stove and refrigerator, it's so cool, we just hang out in out kitchen. Also, the common area (the TV room as I call it), is great. Big comfy couches with a pool table and shuffle board and grills outside in the courtyard with tables, can't wait to go grill my first steak here. Huge millipede problem on 1st floor: T&R is not taking it serious at all.

The manager did not do her job correctly , she left the space dirty and there is no one to clean it and someone already make a request and it has been a month and no one has responded to the request. I think we pay enough to have a good treatment. The Manager must not act in unprofessional ways , I think that we must add people to maintain the space clean .

The trash compactor is consistently broken, neighbors are gross and dirty, people don’t pick up after their dogs, apts are cheaply built, management can’t stay staffed bc it’s a terrible company to work for, one of the 2 elevators is always broken, and so is one of the entrance doors. It’s just ridiculous for the price you pay. Go somewhere else.

The apartments themselves are gorgeous and so modern. I love the kitchen islands in each one and was assured that no matter which one I choose that will be included which, as a person who loves to cook, is a major plus. I was thoroughly impressed with the tour Day gave me yesterday! There wasn't a question I could ask without her giving a confident answer. She was detailed with the differences in the apartments and made me feel right at home before I even applied.
