Great little community. Very convenient location. The apartments are a great value for downtown living. Office staff is very nice and always helpful. They have gone out of their way to grab my packages that were delivered while I was out of town. Small, fun resident events. While I haven't had the need for any maintenance items, their tech is very nice and always acknowledges me.

I read the other review and while I agree to a point, this is apartment living. You should anticipate hearing a… minimal amount of noise as you will in any apartment in Columbus. These apartments are cheaply made. You can hear everything in your neighbors apartment and the people above you. There extremely overpriced. Packages are delivered to the wrong doors consistently.
