Quiet, convenient, luxury.
This is my favorite apartment that I’ve rented. The controlled access building and attached garage is so convenient. Proximity to downtown and the short north is amazing. Free bike storage makes leisurely travel easy, and everything is a quick walk away. I love the top floor lounge as well and the industrial loft feel. It’s a great place to live.

New management with Coastal!
Before new management there was much to be addressed at this building. maintenance was lacking and falling behind. Now that the new management is in place I can already see huge improvements! Maintenance is timely and they have already fixed many of the community building issues (parking issues, operational issues). The units are great! My view facing west towards downtown really is quite spectacular! I wouldn't hesitate to sign a lease with the new management in place! Great location for anyone... wanting to experience downtown life!

Some things need repaired and the parking situation is not great but people are friendly and the building manager is amazing. The rent is a bit high considering the lack of certain amenities though.

Units are beautiful, parking not the greatest. But the property manager is AMAZING!! Literally the only reason I’ve been here so long. Stafs coffee is the bomb!
