Great place

I love our new home. It is very quiet. The apartment is very nice. The people that work here are very nice ??

Decent

I moved in August of 2016. To respond to the below review. Yes there are bugs, ants and spiders. If you call the rental office they will have someone come out. I haven't had any more bug problems. Noone around here barely have dogs that I've seen but I live in the building close to the road and there are only older people over here. So it's quiet. There are cats but what apartment complex with a dumpster doesn't have cats, they stay around because a few of the elderly people here feed them.… They actually leave bowls out. Now the $70 late fee is definitely correct. I also live pay check to pay check and I budget accordingly. I have a one bedroom with washer and dryer hook up. It's basically another room, with not windows or vents. It's central air and heat and it works wonderfully. You CAN have a satalite dish it just has to be on the pole and not on the house or fence. My apartment came with a screen door and all the apartments on my side have one. So I can't speak to that. I'll put it like this for east Columbia you can do way worse.... Just check three blocks up the road....

West Of Eastland could do better

Here at west of eastland in columbus ohio they really do have their pros and cons i move in feburary of 2015 i rent a three bedroom two full bath for 869 a month it os not worth it at all the location is not all that great if you dont have your rent on the first of the month on the second its a 76 dollar late charge its crazy when you live pay check to pay check and may not make it the exact first of the month when i asked for a scrern door they said my rent would go up i cant have a satilate… dish and what bothers me the most is no swimming pool dogs use it everywhere and its wild cats i cant wait till my lease is up and dont forget the on going bug problem stink bugs and ants spiders its nasty i have three kids who deservd to sleep comfortably
