Don't move in!

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I lived here for a year. I never met a more greedy company. They will try to milk you for whatever you have. The "move in fees" which are renamed so they don't have to give it back to you. Also, they never got me an exterminator for my ant problem. The walls are extremely thin. I was sick of hearing my neighbors' conversations. There is a lot of visits from police and ambulances too. Also most of the office people and the manager are just rude! My first… apartment complex wasn't near as bad as this. Don't move here if you want to even like where you live!

Needs a lot of attention

Moved in and after their masking scent wore off, the place smelled horrible. Unfortunately, I had already signed a lease and couldn't break it. I have tried everything to get the smell out and nothing has worked.
The outside needs a lot of work and it is ignored. The complex isn't kept very well at all.
The rent goes up and the quality keeps going down.

If it was a great place, why did you move? I went to see about getting an apt there, the office was closed during the middle of the day and the people who lived there told me to go somewhere else and this was several people, not just one or two. So… im sorry i have to ask why did you move if it was a great place?
