DO NOT MOVE HERE

DO NOT LIVE HERE. There has been drilling and construction going on for the past two summers starting every day at 9:30 am, sometimes before 9am. I work nights most of the time. I’m currently in bed listening to it shake my apartment. Finding a new place ASAP when our lease is up because they clearly don’t care at all about their residents.

Easy Breezy Livin'

I live a time the apt on Second St. Owned by Executive Properties. We have 72 apt in our building. 750 sq. Ft of beautiful spacio u should living. With sliding glass doors, front and back with a balcony off the bedroom, makes for extra living space in the warmer months. Wall to wall carpeting, ceramic tiles in kitchen beautiful linoleum in the bathroom is clean and we'll kept. Central air in each apt keeps us cool on hot humid summer days and nights. On other days we throw op we need the… double sliding doors in the front living room and bedroom to allow the breeze to flow through the apt from front to back!!! It's so nice to h a very this feature for Ohio beautiful summer days and nights feeling and smelling the fresh air. Our kitchen is equip with a spacious fridge, dishwasher, (yes ladies, you read that correct) and electric stove/oven. Plenty of cabinet space and Pantry, we have 4 huge closets that line the walls from the main hallway leading towards the bedroom where you'll find the other 2 huge closets. Plenty of storage space and they are not unsightly either. The closet doors are decorated with lovers for ventilation and astetics. Just down the street we have a closed street mini mall. Brick lined streets lead the way to rester ants and stores of many interests. Ther ed I should also an app theater for summer time concerts with plenty of seating. We call it 'ROCKIN' ON TH ED RIVER' Those concerts are no longer going to be on our river front bu r, other types of concerts still entertain residents and local communities of those who wish to attend. All is welcome. The Cuyahoga River is close by our apt. A it lots to do for residents. Back to the apt description. There are garages for residents who have cars and c a new be rented for a fair price of $50.00 extra e a chance month. With monthly rent at $671.00 for us ($10.00 senior discount) and gas bill Paid al I no with your monthly rent around $56.00 a month. Every penny is worth it's weight when renting at 'THE APARTMENTS ON 2ND ST' BY EXECUTIVE PROPERTIES' in Beautiful Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio.
