Solid place

I lived in Tallmadge Oaks for 3 years. Very quiet place (a large elderly population, but lately families with kids started coming).
Kitchen/bathrooms are outdated. Parking lot needs redone and garage floorings need cleaned/repaired.
If you lose your key, you will have to pay $10 for cleaning lady to open your door!
Don’t leave anything outside your door, it will be stolen.
Overall, cheap apartments in a relatively good area, but it’s changing.

Great place to live

I have lived here for 15 mos. and have had 2 minor maintenance requests. The maintenance staff are quick to respond and do an excellent job. Even though this is an older building, maintenance and cleaning staff are continuously working to keep it clean, painted and updated. Everyone here is very friendly. Also, the parking lots and sidewalks are kept cleared at all times when it snows. I have no complaints.
