Yorkshire Woods Apartments

Yorkshire isn't a bad place to live, but good luck if you live in a townhouse and want to park in front of your building. There used to be no problems, but this group of new tenants have decided to flaunt all rules and park 2-3 vehicles in a small lot not meant for them. Everything has gradually deteriorated, but because housing is a premium, management does not care about the needs of residents who have lived here awhile. I'm a residential neighbor of this community and have been at the site numerous times. Manager Ben, Sandy and all administrative and maintenance staff keep everything running smoothly. As a result, it seems that every resident seems very content to live at Yorkshire Woods. They and those running the property all seem to take great pride in keeping things that way.

Take a walk through the property, meet the staff--it'll immediately become clear just how much they truly care. Over time, you'd see… that the upkeep is incredibly thoughtful, too. (For instance, it seems like every time one turns around there's repaving and/or property repair going on, yet not once has it seemed loud or obnoxious when those things are being done there. They go about everything they do in such an unassuming, thorough and courteous manner.) Although as I've said I'm not one of their residents, Ben and staff have even helped me and others in the community from time to time when they could. They and the residents make great neighbors!

I can honestly say that you aren't likely to find a staff more receptive and helpful to the needs of the residents, the community and each other. Ben, Sandy, and Vickie were all very easy to work with upon moving in. Sandy was able to accommodate our desired move in date and we have has no issues at Yorkshire Woods. The property is also very quiet if you consider the amount of people living here. The parking lot and surrounding landscaping is always clean and taken care of. It is clear that the owners take pride in how they present their property. Loving it here so far.

Absolutely Love Living here. Pet friendly community. Ben is very thorough and informative. All office personnel are friendly and helpful. Very respectful. We combined 2 homes into one and Ben worked with us on utilizing the second garage rental to store items before our actual move in date. So helpful. My dog loves living here and visiting the office personnel for treats and to play with Ben (dog lover and owner). My boyfriend has lived here for 4 years prior to moving into a 2 bedroom. Never… had any issues. Prompt and courteous maintenance workers. Maintenance is always timely and friendly. Parking can be tight but every home receives a garage. Yards are well maintained. Many activities to choose from. Nice walks and also includes swimming and a workout room with multiple choice of equipment to work with.
