Don’t Rent Here

For starters, I had maintenance come into my apartment several times without notifying me. They didn’t knock or acknowledge that they were there, they just came right in. I also had an emergency maintenance issue that they considered “non emergent” when it clearly was. Then it took them 2 weeks to take care of it fully. I asked for a front screen door for the 2 years I was there and never got one. They raised my rent and never notified me. I called and they said that they sent it but the “letter… was misfiled and couldn’t find it in my file” but they definitely never sent one. The list goes on and on and on. They never respond back when you need something and I promise you will 100% be disappointed. You couldn’t pay me enough money to ever live here ever again.

A beautiful place to live!

I've lived here at Presidential Apartments for more than 2 years and I love it here! The property is meticulously maintained and ANY time there is an issue (a rarity for sure), they are very fast to respond. The pool and other amenities make this a wonderful place to call home. One could never go wrong choosing Presidential Apartments and I promise, you will love it here as much as i do.

Loved living at Presidential

I lived at Presidential for nearly two years in a one bedroom. I loved the apartment, neighborhood, and management team. I moved to a larger place but do miss living there. Anytime I needed something the maintenance crew was right there, and the property manager was always kind and accommodating. Truly enjoyed living there and I miss my brick wall!! The apartments are charming and I really had a nice experience there! Would recommend if your looking!

I love living here!

I was looking to move into a new place and stumbled upon Presidential Apartments. Made an appointment for a tour and fell in love with this place. Moving in was so easy and the place was very clean and well kept. You can tell their management and staff really take care of the property. Their staff is so helpful and accommodating. Would recommend living here to anyone! 5 stars.

Presidential suites

I'm writing on behalf of Prresidential Suites. After searching for many months I decided to make an appointment to see what they had to offer. I asked to see to see a 2 bedroom and as soon as I walked in I knew I wanted this to be my home. My apartment is not only spacious but also very quiet. I love the location very convenient to all your needs. If you're looking for an apartment I recommend you make an appointment to see what they have to offer, you won't be sorry.
