Cardboard Boxes

The siding on the buildings is cardboard. There isn't a laundry facility on site and the nearest one is nasty. They don't answer the phone or call you back. Repairs take forever. Dishwashers!? NO. That's a lie. Landscapers will ruin your patio because they can't cut grass without getting it in your mulch/can't tell grass from flowers. Nothing has changed since the 2015 reviews on here!!! Get a tent. Electric bill will run you $200 a month because it's CARDBOARD!!!!

took us 4 months to get our bedroom and utility room doors put on , electric is messed up and almost 200 every month. paying 617 a month for a 1 bedroom currently. .

Camellia Court

There are not enough characters. These apartments are ran poorly, numerous electrical problems already. We moved from out of state and assumed we were getting the pictures shown online, only to find out when we walked through the door that we were getting something completely different
