Great Home in a Quiet Neighborhood
I've lived here since August of 2021 - the neighborhood is quiet, the staff is friendly, and maintenance requests are resolved in a timely manner.
In almost 3 years, the only issue that has come up (and this will likely be a minor issue to most people) was when AT&T and Spectrum were removed as options and Discernity was installed as the sole ISP for the neighborhood. I was able to work around this with 5G home internet, but based on the couple of weeks that I used Discernity, it's likely... sufficient for most people.
Aside from that, I would have no problem recommending Pine Run to anyone. The property is well maintained, I haven't had any issues with neighbors, and it's far enough from the busy parts of 202 to avoid traffic/noise. The layout is spacious for one person and the private patio is perfect for having friends over in the Summer.
Overall, I'm happy with the time I've lived here and would likely renew my lease for another year if I didn't need a bigger space.

Great Townhomes!
I have lived here for 3 years and it is a very great community to live in. It is child friendly and safe. It is quiet and management is awesome! Heather the main manager is very honest, open, and friendly which makes communication super easy. I fully recommend everyone to take a look at these. I have 0 horror stories about living here.
