As a first time renter this is the place to go

Being a first time renter the worries & issues I’ve been told worried me but Dee stepped in and solved every issue every problem with speed and efficiency to get us into our very first home. I can’t thank her enough, the apartments are spacious & the area is so convenient and comfortable. If you are a first time renter apply here you won’t regret it!

lived here for 4 almost 5 years and I love it!

So at first before monarch took over I had some questions about the management but it seems like when monarch took over main management and maintenance is ten time better , the thing that attracted me to this place was the aesthetic I always loved garden-style apartments the only thing I wish is that there was a dog park on property so I don’t have to drive to Hobson or Sandhill

I went there & tour the apartments & they made it seem like i was going to be able to move in in no time just for them to say i need a cosigner & I make $1000 a week, they took $205 from me, couldn’t even apply for another apartment
