Cockroach infested, won't repair heat
There are at least 20 cockroaches every night I have to either smash or spray with insecticide. They are in my medicine cabinet, microwave, bed sheets, tooth brush, and everywhere else. They fall into the refrigerator when I open the door. Any food left out for even a few minutes is crawling with roaches. I made 5 maintenance requests and they sprayed one time with a cheap home depot sprayer that had no effect over a period of 9 months.
My thermostat would not work for the heat in winter... , after multiple maintenance requests, they still did nothing.
