    Best place near Riverscape

    If you’re looking for an apartment in downtown Dayton, I highly recommend The Landing Apartments. The location is hard to beat—you can walk to RiverScape, restaurants, local events, and so much more.

    The building has beautiful historic character with modern apartment homes, and the management team truly cares about the residents and the community. If you want the convenience of downtown living with spacious floor plans and great amenities, The Landing is definitely worth a tour.
