I lived at Waterford at Sugarcreek for about four months, and overall, my experience is very positive. One of the standout features of this community is how quiet it is. Noise is never an issue during my time there, which made it a really comfortable place to relax and unwind after a long day.

The community itself feels peaceful and well-kept, and I appreciated the calm atmosphere throughout my stay. If you’re someone who values a quieter living environment, this is definitely a great option... .

Overall, I would rate my experience 5/5 based on the tranquility and comfort the community provides.

Area is great to live in, and apartment spaces are nice. Walls, floors, and ceilings are very thin, so noise is very consistent. Parking lots aren’t assigned unit numbers, so if you get back at a bad time, get ready to walk.

Community is quiet, mostly well-maintained. Parking is rough due to not enough spaces to allow for consistently parking close to your building. Maintenance is responsive and friendly. Staff do a good job at planning events to encourage community building.
