Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear you’re enjoying the community and its amenities, but we’re sorry to hear about your concerns with the trash compactor area. We understand how important cleanliness is, and our... maintenance team has recently started power washing the area weekly to help keep it looking its best.
We also kindly ask all residents to do their part by placing trash inside the compactor and avoiding leaving items on the ground. When everyone works together, it truly makes a difference. We appreciate you being part of the community and are always looking for ways to improve! Lee mas

We do appreciate your feedback regarding the timing of some community-wide updates. While we always aim to address these as quickly as possible, certain items like the pool and exterior lighting are coordinated through outside vendors, which can sometimes cause delays beyond our control. That said, we completely understand the frustration and are always working to improve communication and speed wherever we can.
