I grew up in the Willoughby/Eastlake area and graduated from North High in 1981. At 18 years old, I couldn't wait to travel the country and moved to New Orleans from 1981-1986. From there, I lived in the Los Angeles area from 986-1990. I received an Associate's in Arts degree from Chaffey Community College in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, in 1990. After graduation, I moved back to Ohio to be with my family and friends and continue with my education. I started in Real Estate in 1990 as a way to work my way through college. After approx 5 years of building my business as a Realtor, I realized that it is a perfect fit for me and that I love my work. 26 years later, I still love it and am so grateful to all the wonderful people that I have met and been able to assist throughout the years. I bring to the relationship up-to-date knowledge of the marketplace. I pride myself on finding the very best financing programs that save my Buyer Clients thousands of dollars and enable my Seller Clients to open up their pool of Buyers to people that may not have qualified. Other Realtors call me asking about where the good deals are. I also try to empower my Clients by educating them about the process and what to expect. People buying homes tell me that they appreciate the time I take with them upfront, explaining the process before we even start looking at houses, and how it makes their experience so much easier because they know what to expect. I keep in close communication with my Clients. I have sold 95% of my Seller Clients' homes when the Industry average is much lower. I build my business through happy Clients!!
