The Reserve

I had never lived in an apartment before, so I was a little apprehensive at first. However, my experience at The Reserve has been very positive. The community is quiet, and so far I feel safe living here.
The apartments are nice. The rent is a little on the expensive side, but that’s pretty common everywhere these days. The application and move-in process was quick and easy, which made the transition much less stressful.
The office staff, maintenance team, and everyone I’ve interacted with have... been friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Wendy has been especially amazing throughout the entire process. She made everything go smoothly and was always available to answer questions and help get me moved in.
The only downside for me is that grilling isn’t allowed because my family loves to barbecue. Even so, I understand the reason behind the rule and appreciate that it’s in place for safety.
Overall, I’m happy with my decision to move here and would recommend The Reserve to anyone looking for a quiet, welcoming place to call home. Read More

I’ve lived here for 8 years, and I have to say the new owners have truly outdone themselves. They’ve made so many meaningful improvements—from regular inspections and replacing the A/C units in each apartment to completely revamping the exterior of the property.

Before they took over, the outdoor lighting was so dim at night that it didn’t always feel very safe. Now the property is well lit, clean, and welcoming.

I don’t usually leave complaints, but this has become an ongoing issue. It feels like every month there are inspections, notices, or requests, yet the actual concerns in my apartment are not being addressed.

Being notified of a full inspection with less than 24 hours’ notice is not reasonable. It disrupts my ability to feel comfortable and at peace in my own home. I would like more appropriate notice moving forward.

I’m also confused about the purpose of these repeated inspections when... maintenance issues remain unresolved. If my unit is being inspected regularly, I expect that necessary repairs would be completed in a timely manner.

At this point, the constant communication, inspections, and lack of follow-through are becoming frustrating. I would appreciate fewer disruptions and more attention to actually resolving the concerns in my apartment.

Please clarify the purpose of these inspections and provide an update on when outstanding issues will be fixed.

I recently moved here, amazing so far. I like the community, the property management has been so genuine and welcoming! 10/10 recommend!

Many of the reviews I see are outdated and do not apply currently. I've been here a little over 3 months and it is great!! New management has taken over. The office people are great! They're so polite and helpful. They are currently updating the apartments as they become empty. My apartment has beautiful brand new cabinets and appliances. It's a great place to move!!!!
