Pretty good

Moved here in 7/2023, I like it! I enjoy the look of the apartment units and the neighborhood. It may not have luxury amenities but for everything you are getting the price is right. There have been some car break ins but that happens wherever you would live- but generally if you actually LOCK your car and keep valuables/nothing in there, your golden. All in all I believe this is a good apartment.
Pros:
- Apartments look good
-maintenance team is very friendly and helpful
- rent is reasonable… with the amount of amenities and location
-property is kept up frequently and looks nice.
- Community engagement
-Office staff is very friendly
-Dog friendly, a lot of dog owners in neighborhood
-Has a community watch

Cons:
- Dog walking loop always has goose/duck crap on the path
-The geese are pretty territorial
-dog waste bins are ONLY at the walking path
- there is a train close to this apartment, this could affect your commute time
- There is 1 community trash disposal, it generally fills up every weekend.

Best apartments ever!!

Staff is very friendly, maintenance fast and efficient. The community is always clean and I feel very safe. Not a lot of storage but very comfortable. Been here 1 Year and plan to stay.

Love living here

I love my apartment home so much. Not only is it quiet but the community is clean and most of the neighbors seem really nice- the office staff is always super pleasant as well. Glenchester Lakes recently painted the exterior of the buildings and it makes the community look 1000% better. If they are planning more remodeling I look forward to seeing the finished product. The only things I am left wanting is a recycling program and a fenced in dog park/exercise area. I noticed so many dog owners… just within my little area, so I think it would be a fabulous amenity!

All I can say is..

I have lived all over columbus and I have always dreamed of moving back here. I honestly cannot explain why I love Glenchester Lakes. It is a mixture of the location, amenities, and wonderful Casto realtors that made me feel at home. I would recommend this community to everyone.
