What a dump

Maintenance is nonexistent. Air conditioning does not work. They did "route Maintenance" and the contractor was incompetent & caused additional damages. They agree to address maintenance problems, but nothing ever happens. Horrible, Horrible maintenance. This doesn't to begin to scratch the surface of the problems of poor management & maintenance.

Horrible!

My son lives here. His AC has not worked for 2 months. They arbitrarily raise the rent for apartments they can cannot maintain. The neighborhood is sketchy & they charge like it's a lake view condo in Geneva on the Lake. Do yourself a favor & look elsewhere.

Park like setting!

Beautiful property! Park like setting, lots of trees. The pool is really nice, new patio furniture, well kept. The apartments are all spacious. Lots of them have balconies or walk out patios. Staff is top notch!

Introducing a spacious,tranquil 1 and or 2 bdrm. apartment tucked away in a Park setting.This one of 10 units is a treasure that has All Utilities Included, updated kitchen ,master bath & 2nd bathrm.Versitile living and dining room off the kitchen.Walk-in closets .Spacios utility room. Two AC units.This fantastic apartment has a front security door and only unit that has a large patio -porch, with some outdoor decore, this area could transform to your own private resort .Safety lit parking in… back.Weekly garbage pick-up. On site laundry and storage. Carpeting through-out & energy efficient window ,easy to clean.Future Remodling Coming Soon. Baseball field and football &track stadium 5 minutes away.Running trails directly across the street. Shopping areas and Intersate76 blocks away.Recently bought by new owners,the out-of-town management company is highly effcient with tenants maintanace issues and concerns. .....So don't mis out.
