Great Neighborhood

I couldn't ask for a better neighborhood, and they are pet friendly. I was happy to able to bring my fur baby with me.

Great Location

The area is very peaceful and quiet, love the town here in Girard, definitely worth checking this out, and the amenities are amazing.

And to top it off the Management here are very friendly and helpful!!!

Excellence in every Avenue!

When first looking for an Apartment I came across Patricia Real Estate,managed by Brookfall Group. After finding the one I wanted,I was contacted by one of the Property Managers. After going through all the processes,viewing the property,an my countless questions they were so willing to answer,today I moved in officially to my new place and am absolutely floored! Do not let a few negative reviews sway you away from picking an Apartment through Patricia Real Estate. They were very easy to work… with and thorough in all processes. A high value of mine is people that do things in excellence,Patricia Real Estate and Brookfall Group exceeded my standards. Lastly,I am blunt when it comes to writing reviews and would truly say if it was a bad experience. I have nothing but good to say about them,an Hope who ever reads this would give them a chance!

Application fee & dishonest background checks on landlord & jobs.

They r very dishonest! Application fee is suppose to chech credit ,landlord history & contact your employees. They have appfolio only check credit & base their decision the very next day & if h have one hiccup in your med bills your denied.I called appfolio myself & the verified this ! Said they do not check anything but credit. Patricia apts r to contact previous lanlords ^ jobs. It even says in application to contact your landlord to make sure they respond! Not true .They said it would go to… the application dept after credit check & that was a lie I waited 10 days & went back on my credit check they sent me .it was denied the next day ! Never went any further. We applied on the 29th .8.filled them both out at 10pm at night .they took our 90$ tye next day & denied us that morning not looking any further .we had good credit scores. Paid off 2 new vehicles & credit cards .made more than 3 times they were asking fr the rent & still denied. The pet deposit is 300$ not 225$ .Will not pay that kind of fee fr dishonest people..my husbands boss said no one called & my landlord who I am in good standing with said no call either. Lived here 25 years. Never missed a day or months rent! I can see why they have so many vacancies. Very dishonest on their application!!!
