Horrible! Rent elsewhere

Roaches! They don’t treat entire building to get rid of them! Will only treat your unit & that takes getting CITY CODE ENFORCEMENT ON THEM! Been fighting roaches since they let me MOVE INTO ROACH INFESTED BUILDING! Building across from me same issue! POOL? Haha! No water in it never has been in 1.5 yrs I’ve been stuck here! Water pours inside when it rains! THEY DONT CARE! They charge 3.95 monthly for pest control to prevent bugs. Another joke & lie! No regular treatment is done! Find a better… place to rent! Horrible management, slumlords!

Minor issues but overall a nice place to live

I've been here for almost 2 years now and I haven't had any major issues. The neighbors are great and everyone seems to mind their own business around here. Turn around time for maintenance requests is a bit longer than I would prefer, but the staff has always been friendly and accommodating in my experience. The application process was pretty easy to get through, as we applied 2 months ahead of our desired move in date so there was plenty of time to get things processed and a unit ready by move… in. Overall, I love how close we are to aldi and sheetz and I've had a really good experience so far (about 2 years here) I can see myself signing another lease!

Unwanted Trash outside

My daughter wanted to live here, but after driving throughout the complex multiple times and at different time and days. I noticed near the back there is trash , a huge pile of unwanted things sitting next to a building which people live in. That is un sanitary and who wants to see that?? No wall to cover it, who wants to live near that daily and see that on a daily basis ? I’m
Surprised the health department hasn’t been called .
