Just ok
The building felt secure and was well-constructed with minimal noise and was generally well-maintained. Package delivery was also reliable.
However, these positives were outweighed by major issues. The AC was unreliable and often didn’t work for days, twice stayed at 75–80° for over three weeks, which was especially uncomfortable since the windows don’t open and distressing as I have a heat-sensitive pet. I also went nearly a month without hot water after moving in due to slow maintenance... response, despite it being an easy fix. The digital key fob/app rarely worked on my apartment door and was never resolved. Communication and responsiveness from management were poor. When my pet unexpectedly passed away, I reached out about stopping pet fees over 3 weeks before the next rent was due, but received no response and was still charged, forcing me to follow up again during an already difficult time. Finally, there was a HUGE safety concern: someone doing work in the building attempted to enter my apartment on the wrong day while I was in the shower, despite the email communication indicating a different schedule for the floor I was on. I barely got to the door in time as they turned my deadlock and started opening the door. The interaction felt borderline aggressive when I kept them from entering my apartment and explained the email we received said they were not due until the next day. I never had full peace of mind living there again as that was a huge violation of privacy.
