Apartment Living Done Right!

If you like privacy, you want to be here--apartments are ranch patio style units in sprawling complex.
If you like a choice in attached or detached garages, you want to be here--fear not winter.
If you're a non-smoker, you want to be here--units have separate HVAC systems and individual porches.
If you like value, then you want to be here--I cannot find a better place for the price.
If you like an incredibly well managed property, then you want to live here--Carrie makes all of this possible!
I… can live anywhere--I choose here.

High Quality Apartment in Great Community

I have been a renter at the Apartments at Glenwood for over 2 years. The location next to Heath High and Middle School is great for my children. My apartment has a two car garage that can fit my pickup and small car with room to spare. The apartments have a small but nice workout facility. The Manager Kim is always helpful and easy to work with. The upkeep and maintenance is well done. The pool is open during the summer with a nice area to hang out. The Heath Bike Path is accessible from the… apartments and allows you Bike or run along the Licking River. The apartments have people from a variety of backgrounds and ages. I have found my fellow renters to be very friendly.

The Best I've ever seen !!

I have lived in other apartment/condo complexes before in my lifetime however The Apartments at Glenwood are by far the best I have ever occupied... The quality of the buildings, the apartments having attached garages, the quality of appliances, the offering of washers and dryers etc etc make this a wonderful place to live... Also the grounds are always well kept... I would not want to rent anywhere else in Newark or Heath...
