Think twice
Ac units are very inefficient. Will only cool to 75° during the summer and that’s just for the upstairs. Ac unit has little to no effect on cooling the downstairs and windows units aren’t allowed. Management refuses to help in any way when asked multiple times for other ways to make the ac more efficient. Apartments themselves are pretty nice and in a great neighborhood but unless you want to live in the sweltering heat for 3 months out of the year and pay high electric bills, I would think… twice.
