Heritage Preserve Apartments

The elevator is consistently broken, the power flickers and goes out occasionally thus causing the elevator not to work until someone comes to reset it. The bulk internet is slow and constantly lagging. The leasing company will nickel and dime you for everything. The parking, there isn't enough for the building and they claim that even though you may have to walk across a courtyard, that it is still considered available parking. Not convenient when it is cold and raining or you have groceries to… carry in. I've lived here without any issues for 6 years and couldn't be happier with my experience. I absolutely love it here. The apartments are very nice, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Very happy with the return of PM Brandi Walters. She does a fantastic job.

Area is quiet, safe and highly satisfied with new manager Jessica Smith she's doing a fantastic job keeping everything together!! Great place to live highly recommended!!!

I liked living here however, upon move out I got a surprise bill for $360. They apparently had to replace my carpet because of "stains" and charged me over $600 for a job that cost $400. All because of a paragraph in their lease stating they can charge you 1.5 times the cost for things like this. The walls are super thin and you can hear dogs barking 2 floors up. You can hear every single thing in the hallways. The trash valet will often leave your garbage in the can after ripping it open so… that is fun to deal with too. would not recommend signing a lease here... Read More
