Hidden Fees
The washing room is constantly down, they have several hidden fees, they don't take out the garbage, and ownership is extremely hard to reach and don't really seem to care about tenants. The Wi-Fi is also constantly down making it really difficult as a college student. The location is nice, but its not worth dealing with everything else.

Sorry to hear that you feel this way about our property and your overall experience, we would like to discuss your issues further. Please allow me a second to address a few of these to the best of my ability.
1. Hidden Fees: Please let us know... which fees you are speaking of, we currently charge a Common Utility Fee, this covers the Water/Sewer and Internet. There is also a Resident Benefit Pkg, covering a Master Liability policy and rewards program (credit building, credits toward gift cards, etc). These fees are outlined in all leases.
2. Garbage: There are 6 six dumpsters on the property that are managed by a local disposal company, they are responsible for weekly pickups (not our staff). I will agree with you, unfortunately we are dealing with full dumpsters with turnover and many times people just throw it on the ground. Our staff tries to keep up with the ground trash as much as possible.
3. WiFi: WiFi service is controlled by Spectrum, we don't have any control over the service. We can do our best to contact Spectrum regarding the service.
4. Communication: Right now our office is extremely busy, in and out with move in / out. If you have any questions, please email: info@goldzonerentals.com ... this email comes directly to me and I do my best to communicate to all emails. Our phones are not the best way unfortunately.
