Kent Village Apartments

I've been here since 2017, and have had a really good experience the whole time. The office staff are great, answer emails promptly, and are always ready to help. They also hold community events where there's usually free food, music, and raffle prizes. They really care about their residents here and it shows.
Whenever I've needed maintenance, they usually came in the same day or within the next day. Even if it was something pretty minor. The office will always ask permission to enter if you're… not home too. If they ever need to shut off the water, they give you advance notice so you can plan ahead (though it doesn't happen too often).
Rent is a little high compared to my hometown but it's a prime location, has a great atmosphere, and is genuinely comfortable. Plus having everything on the same bill makes it easy to keep track of. I'm honestly sad to be leaving. I've had a great stay here, and definitely recommend it. Read More

We've lived here for 2.5 years and we have minimal complaints. The neighbors smoke cigarettes and weed a lot and the plumbing needs some work, but the maintenance staff is super nice and very helpful. The walls aren't super thin, but you can hear everything everyone is doing if you stand in the hallway. If you live on the first floor, be aware that it's basically the basement so invest in a dehumidifier. Otherwise, we've really enjoyed our time here!

Kent Village Apartments has been my home for almost three years now. I have enjoyed living here. I'm looking forward to spending the next few years here as I work on completing my Master's degree and possibly a PhD.

If you are a college student who seeks a quiet, clean, and campus accessible residence then this is the place for you. The studio apartments are perfect for any single college student who wishes to live off campus. You cannot compare the immenities, space, enviorment, or price to any apartment around the Kent campus. I highly recommend Kent Village.
